Thank you for shopping at Three D Armory! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. All Sales Final

No returns or refunds once the order is approved and production begins.

Exceptions may apply only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Often paired with a requirement that the customer review and approve proofs/mockups before production. once approved, the sale is final.
2. Defects or Damage Only

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.

The customer must notify you within a set period 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the defect/damage may be required before approval.

Refund or replacement is at the seller’s discretion.
3. Partial Refund or Credit

If a customer is dissatisfied for reasons other than defects, may offer:

A credit toward a future purchase.

4.Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or with a mistake that differs from the approved design. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
