Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Three D Armory! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. All Sales Final

  • No returns or refunds once the order is approved and production begins.

  • Exceptions may apply only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Often paired with a requirement that the customer review and approve proofs/mockups before production. once approved, the sale is final.
     

2. Defects or Damage Only

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.

  • The customer must notify you within a set period 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the defect/damage may be required before approval.

  • Refund or replacement is at the seller’s discretion.
     

3. Partial Refund or Credit

  • If a customer is dissatisfied for reasons other than defects, may offer:​

    • A credit toward a future purchase.
       

4.Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or with a mistake that differs from the approved design. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
