Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Three D Armory! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item or service must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 14 Days of the purchase date.

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it (for physical goods).

  • Digital products must not have been downloaded or accessed, where applicable.

  • Services must be canceled prior to fulfillment or within the refund window.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products after access/download

  • Services that have been fully delivered

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and reason for the refund request.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 Business Days. 

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at orders@threedarmory.net

5. Shipping (for physical goods)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
